About Vivian Hoard
Vivian Hoard graduated with honors from the University Of Georgia School Of Law in 1985 and received her masters of laws in taxation from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in 1990. She served as a felony prosecutor in Atlanta, Georgia for five years where she tried cases and argued appeals in both the Georgia Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. She has over forty reported appellate opinions in Georgia Courts. In addition, she has successfully prepared and settled dozens of Tax Court cases for both corporate and individual clients. In 1999 she won the landmark leasing case of Peaden v. Commissioner.
